Our Story 

Caria Auto Parts was founded by a core team with an average of more than 15 years of experience in automotive engine system R&D, auto parts manufacturing and global supply chain management.At the beginning of our establishment, we accurately captured the core pain points of global  customers in the procurement of engine precision parts: uneven product quality leading to high repair rates, incomplete adaptation data leading to high wrong delivery rates, unstable delivery of bulk orders, and lack of professional technical support for after-sales. Instead of blindly expanding the product line to pursue scale, we chose to focus deeply on throttle bodies and valve covers, two core engine components that are critical to engine operation and have high aftermarket replacement demand. We polished every link from product design, mold opening, production to testing to the extreme, and built a complete set of  service system around the core needs of customers.

A dedicated professional team is responsible for the continuous update and verification of adaptation data. Every SKU has completed 1:1 installation adaptation test, which greatly reduces the wrong delivery rate and return rate, and saves a lot of labor and time costs for our  customers.

3. Full-link Strict Quality Control System

We strictly implement the IATF16949 automotive industry quality management system, and have established a full-process quality control system covering 6 key inspection nodes: incoming material inspection, production process inspection, precision machining inspection, finished product performance testing, sealing test, and ex-factory full inspection. We strictly select high-quality raw materials such as high-strength aerospace grade aluminum alloy, high-temperature and oil-resistant sealing materials, and high-precision electronic components, and 100% of finished products are fully inspected before leaving the factory, ensuring that the repair rate is far lower than the industry average.

4. Stable and Controllable Supply Chain & Delivery Capability

We have our own core production base and deeply bound upstream precision machining supply chain,  which can meet the flexible production needs of customers' bulk orders. We have a domestic central warehouse and overseas warehouse layout in core global markets, with sufficient stock of more than 300 conventional hot-selling SKUs. Conventional spot orders can be shipped within 48 hours, and bulk customized orders can promise a fixed delivery cycle, completely solving the core pain points of  customers such as out of stock and delivery delay.
